Larchmont, NY
The 76th season of winter sailing at LYC is off to a strong start with a talented, diverse fleet taking to the water in Interclub dinghies. Each division (A, B, and C fleets) has seen a different daily winner for the first three weeks. Over 20 boats on the starting line each day.

Four-time defending fleet champs John and Molly Baxter prevailed on opening day. Day 2 went to Olympic silver medalist Steve Benjamin and crew Jason Raymond (with a rare perfect daily score). Ned Roseberry with seven-year old son Charlie as crew bested a tough 29-boat fleet on Day 3.
The winter sailing season runs through April 11 and is known as being the most competitive doublehanded winter sailing fleet in the country. If you would like to learn more about this challenging and rewarding sailing experience, please contact Winter Sailing Chairman Nick Langone or Fleet Captain Peter Beardsley.
